**Company Description**

Develop Athletic is looking for Strength & Conditioning Coaches (CSCS) who are looking to gain experience working with athletes.

Develop Athletic believes in utilizing a Long Term Athletic Development focus and helping youth athletes develop to their potential.

Ensuring our athletes are progressing and regressing when needed is absolutely crucial to development.

Develop Athletic is seeking motivated Strength & Conditioning Coaches (CSCS current or in process) that are wanting to get involved in helping athletes.

Develop Athletic has a large presence in youth sport and will need help in administering proper Strength & Conditioning protocols to teams, individuals and youth classes.

We are big believers in following a Long Term Athletic Development model to help youth athletes reach their potential safely & effectively.

**Please have current CSCS or in pursuit of certification completion.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
