Essential Skills/JD:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality engineering and testing
At least 5 years in test management/leadership role and proven experience in customer-facing role within the Testing domain
Strong background in large QE transformation, testing techniques, industry best practices.
Should be well versed with building(hands-on) test strategies/approach, test plan, estimations, test reporting
Should have very strong know-how of all testing types and methodologies - Automation, Performance, Data Testing etc
Should be adept in project management - execution, monitoring & control, metrics management
Should have Implemented and maintained quality engineering processes and methodologies to guarantee the highest standards of testing and quality, Proactively identified and mitigated project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Should be abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality engineering and testing. Share QE Thought leadership to customers
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance, operational excellence, and delivery led sales growth.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
