10-12 years of Test Management experience
- Thought leadership to be able to define Test Strategy and Test Plan for a program
- Ability to identify risks and data dependencies for quality check
- Ability to drive Test Automation solutions
- Ability to manage 10-15 member test team
- Ability to track, build and report Testing Status and metrics
- Ability to contribute to Release Planning
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders - Program Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure team
- Ability to plan Test Environment needs
- Ability to plan Test Data needs
- Experience with End to End Test Life Cycle is MUST
- Hands on Tools experience with MicroFocus ALM, QTP/UFT/Selenium/Cucumber/Python
- Experience of working in Agile environment with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Kanban is a MUST

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- QTP/UFT/Selenium/Cucumber/Python: 1 year (required)
