**Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
- Create and maintain schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts
- Oversee food and beverage quality, ensuring that all dishes and drinks meet company standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to feedback and resolving complaints
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment, maintaining appropriate levels of stock
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Create and maintain financial records, including budgets, payroll, and expense reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial record-keeping
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Food safety certification required
