**Server: Guest Experience & Fine Dining Specialist**

**Location**: 125 W 2nd Ave, Qualicum Beach
**Schedule**: Wednesday to Saturday (part-time or full-time)

**Overview**

As a Server at Delile, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering impeccable service in a refined, seasonal menu setting. You will guide guests through our evolving menu, take care of their needs, and ensure a seamless, memorable meal from start to finish. This is your chance to bring hospitality to life, work with a passionate team, and support a restaurant known for culinary excellence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including specials and seasonal selections
- Take orders accurately, explain menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages with proper timing, care, and presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, service stations
- Process payments, uphold cash handling accuracy, and manage end-of-shift reconciliation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards

**What You Bring**
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest-service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask during busy service hours
- Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates lifting up to 25 lbs
- Food & beverage certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
- Team player who is dependable, proactive, and enthusiastic

**Work Schedule**
- Part-time or full-time available
- Evenings & weekends required
- Flexible scheduling to meet business needs
