Fern + Cedar Brewing Company is an exciting new brewpub located in the vibrant East Village area of Qualicum Beach. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy exceptional craft beers and delicious food.

**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Server to join our team at Fern + Cedar Brewing Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience while showcasing our unique beverage offerings.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations to enhance guest experiences through upselling.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
