**Production Coordinator**

Teknaform Inc is a fast-growing, Bolton, ON-based manufacturer of industrial and commercial printing, copier service, and graphic arts supplies. We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team

**Job Summary**:
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the production process from order to delivery to the customer. This includes coordinating the production of orders, ensuring quality control, inventory management, and order processing. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Hours of Work: 7 hr/day, Monday to Friday 7:00 pm
- 7:00 am**

**Report To: Plant Manager**

**General Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure that MOL compliance is a top priority and that employees are adhering to its legislation
- Make certain all guarding is in good and functional safe working order.
- Responsible for achieving the desired end result of the company’s production process
- Carry out duties diligently, giving directions to workers on the best ways to perform their tasks, leading by demonstration.
- Understand the power of teamwork, delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members in the areas of their strengths
- Assign specific tasks to each worker, giving them resumption and closing times.
- Monitor rosters to ensure workers follow production schedules
- Always available during production to monitor workers’ activities, provide solutions to problems encountered and examine the nature of work done, check for quality.

**Experience & Qualification**:

- Manufacturing/Extrusion experience an asset.
- Managerial/Leadership skills to coordinate activities
- 5+ years of experience leading and delegating a work unit.
- Excellent problem-solving and mechanical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**:
Ø Plant environment with mid-high level noise rate.

Qualifications**:Required Knowledge and Skills**:A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Ability to work independently or as part of a team is preferred; Ability to work with mínimal supervision at all times Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy times Ability to work under pressure Ability to adapt quickly under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
