**Global Mission of the position**

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Territory Sales Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our clients and to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services/products. You will be responsible for managing relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving account growth by understanding our clients needs and delivering tailored solutions.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams;
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;
- Participate in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies;
- Understand client goals and provide strategic support to achieve them;
- Monitor and report on account performance, project progress, and deliverables;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support sales efforts;
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews;
- Resolve product and service related issues and complaints quickly and effectively;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to deliver on client expectations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education;- 2-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (industry-specific experience is a plus);
- Proficiency MS Office Suite;
- Problem-solving mindset and strong negotiation skills;
- The account manager must be able to travel occasionally throughout Canada and the US for customer visits and/or trade shows;
