**Cashier/Customer Service Representative**

**Part Time: Afternoon and Weekend availability required**

Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Cambridge location

**What you will be doing**:

- Starting each customer interaction with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
- Asking questions to determine customer needs
- Anticipating customer needs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Presenting and explaining service pricing and member benefits
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Taking payments
- Handling customer inquiries
- Promoting and processing new memberships
- Renewing and updating existing customer memberships,
- Solving customer inquiries,
- General office organization
- Performing housekeeping duties in guest waiting areas and restrooms
- Performing seasonal maintenance duties at customer entrances
- Ensuring customer service and company standards are met.
- Working closely with the management team

**Job Type**: Part Time: with afternoon, evening and weekend availability required

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
