**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit card payments, maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen as per food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in training new staff members on food preparation, service techniques, and sanitation practices.

**Skills**
- Strong background in food service with restaurant experience preferred.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food handling safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
