Office Clerk/ Assist with Digital Marketing

We are an electronic company currently seeking to hire an office clerk with office & marketing duties.

- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Require a minimum 1 year of office working experience in Canada
- Knowledge of online digital Marketing

Work duties include the following but not limited to:

- Product assembling and provisioning
- Order processing, packaging, and arranging for courier
- Quality control testing
- Inventory count and control
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide customer support
- Assist other co-workers when necessary
- Other clerical duties may assign
- Manage online sales platforms and social media accounts such as Amazon, eBay, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Create online Deals, Coupon and Promotion
- Manage the Account Health, Feedback, Reviews and Rating of all online sales platform accounts
- Ability to perform Keyword search, manage Keyword positioning and product pricing plan, and handle advertising on the online sales platforms

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 7 hours/day (9:30am to 4:30pm). We are looking for a long-term employee.
