**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sushi Roll Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will play an essential role in preparing high-quality sushi rolls and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including cutting vegetables, cooking rice, and handling raw fish.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work at early shift starting 6am
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving are highly valued.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to menu changes as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
