We are seeking an experienced and personable Server to join our dynamic team at Sip Bar + Fare. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by anticipating their needs, delivering timely and accurate orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in the restaurant's menu, including daily specials, wine selections, and dietary restrictions, to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
- Order Accuracy: Take food and beverage orders efficiently, communicate them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure prompt delivery to tables.
- Upselling: Utilize product knowledge to suggest additional menu items, upgrades, and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth operations and service flow.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings, glassware, and utensils.
- Handle Transactions: Process guest payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and provide correct change or receipts.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- Customer Focus: A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems and a strong understanding of food and beverage services.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry heavy trays, and work in a busy environment.
- Team Player: Must be a cooperative and adaptable team member, willing to assist in all areas of the restaurant as needed.
