Assist in the day to day operations of the service department. Quoting repairs, following up with customers, establishing relationships of new customers.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role
- HVAC/Refrigeration trade experience
- Electrical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to use data to drive decision making
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
