**Travel Requirements**:

- Up to 60% travel, including occasional travel to company offices and client sites
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development & Sales**:

- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in target markets through cold calling, prospecting, networking, conference and industry event participation.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the Marine Dive and ROV/Hydro business units.
- Conduct presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients to understand project requirements and demonstrate ASI’s capabilities.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales proposals and bids in coordination with technical teams.

**Account Management & Client Relations**:

- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, site visits, and reviews to ensure service excellence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and coordinate internal teams for client deliverables.

**Market Intelligence & Strategy**:

- Gather, analyze, and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of regional business development plans.

**Internal Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with operational, technical, and marketing teams to ensure aligned strategies and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and forecasting data in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to the Director of Business Development.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation for this role offers **base salary, plus competitive commission**structure

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Marine Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in marine, environmental, engineering, or industrial services sectors.
- Prior experience working with Civil engineering, major civil infrastructure owners, Ports, hydrographic survey, ROV operations, or commercial diving services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
