**Position Overview**:
We are excited to offer an immediate opportunity for an entry-level woodworker to join our Calgary team. This is a full-time position with hands-on training provided. Whether your interests lie in stair building, railing installation, or operating woodworking machinery, this role is designed to give you a strong foundation in the woodworking industry. As your skills develop, this role also offers opportunities to grow into specialized positions within manufacturing, installation, or operations. If you are a motivated self-starter eager to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and assist in the manufacturing or installation of custom stairs and railings.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Support experienced team members across different areas of the shop and installation teams.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
- Genuine interest in woodworking and craftsmanship.
- Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work independently once trained.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable with physically active, hands-on work in a shop or jobsite environment.
