**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret and execute designs from schematics and blueprints to create custom cabinets.
- Utilize power tools and woodworking machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Fabricate cabinets using various types of wood, laminates, and other materials.
- Ensure all pieces are plumb, level, and properly aligned during assembly.
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, or painting as required.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of power tools and woodworking machinery.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina for standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed.
