**Essential Club Manager in Training duties**:
The Club Manager in Training will be accountable leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous influence in employee training and development. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Driving a positive culture through the commitment, communication of, and adherence to our Core Values, and ensure an ongoing commitment to the Judgement Free Zone (JFZ).- Ensuring a consistent focus on quality communication and interactions, clean and organized clubs, and superb customer service throughout the club.
- Ensuring safety of employees, members, and club property.- Consistently and constantly demonstrate a desire to be a team player.
- Promoting/maintaining consistent accountability and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Handling all front desk activities, including:

- Answering phones in a friendly manner; assisting callers with a variety of questions.
- Checking members into the system.
- Signing up new members.
- Taking prospective members on club tours.
- Cleaning tasks; bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card area, workout area, etc.
- Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing staff.
- Ensuring repair and maintenance of both the facility and equipment to brand standards.
- Tracking, achieving, and maintaining all key performance indicators (KPIs).- Elevating concerns to the CM and RM as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**:
- Service-oriented and able to resolve member concerns.- Basic computer proficiency.- Upbeat and positive attitude.- Punctuality and reliability are a must.- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and must be 18 years of age or older.- 1-2 years of experience in leading teams.- Initiative and strong communication skills.- Great organizational, relationship building and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness and aptitude to move into a CM role within 3 months.

**Physical Requirements**- Continual standing and walking during shift.- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.- Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
- Will encounter cleaning chemicals.
