We’re looking for a skilled and experienced **Landscape Construction Technician** to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll take the lead on a variety of outdoor construction projects, from installing paver stone driveways and retaining walls to executing full garden and lawn builds. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality results, operating machinery, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and positive job site environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Execute a wide range of landscaping construction projects: hardscaping, garden installations, excavation, and lawn prep.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including skid steers, excavators, and trucks with trailers.
- Interpret and build according to landscape plans, designs, and client instructions.
- Ensure craftsmanship, site cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress with management.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and job site organization.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior crew members.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **3+ years** of experience in landscaping (5+ years preferred).
- Strong background in hardscape and construction work (e.g. stonework, grading, retaining walls).
- Proficient with machinery such as skid steers and excavators.
- Valid **G driver’s license** (required); experience towing trailers is a plus.
- Experience leading or assisting with crew management on-site.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Schedule**
- **Hours**: 40 - 55 hours per week
- **Shifts**: 8, 10, or 12 hours
- **Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Weekends**: Only as needed

- **Pay**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Licence/Certification**: G-class driver’s license (required)
**Willingness to travel**: 100% (job site-based, London & surrounding areas)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
