We are currently seeking a skilled labourer with expertise in Landscape Construction to join our Design Build team.

**Position**: Skilled Labourer

**Job Overview**:
Work cohesively with team members on installation of projects. Responsible for assisting with various landscape projects, hardscape, softscape, pools, and other outdoor spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience with complete installation of outdoor projects, from initial layouts through to a finished product.
- Interlocking pavers for driveways, walkways and patios
- Construct retaining walls to enhance outdoor landscapes
- Installation of patios, decks and fences
- Softscaping projects
- Concrete work including pouring and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in interlocking, retaining walls, patios, drivways, pools, softscaping and concrete.
- Equipment experience is an asset (Dingo, power tools, skill saw, air compressor, pneumatic nailers, operate small equipment, etc
- Ability to work in efficiently in a team environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- G License required
- AR license a benefit
