**Job description**:
We are looking for a part time customer service agent, preferably law students. This role will lead to full time hours so all applicants need to be prepared to work more than 30 hours per week. Customer service experience is a must and previous experience working in an office environment is also required. This is not a remote job and you will be required to work from an office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enter Customer requests in the CRM.
- Review accounts to ensure that all transactions are reconciled regularly.
- Auditing tickets, lawyers/paralegals, and other accounts.
- Tracking lawyers/paralegals performance.
- Inside Sales.
- Support Sales.
- Tech savvy. Must be comfortable giving customers instructions on how to use our mobile app and websites over the phone.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment.
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and Excel.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A diploma in Marketing or Law, or a related business field is preferred but is not a requirement.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional and polite demeanor.
- Ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
