**About us**:Tacofino began as a food truck in the back of a surf shop in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia. We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We have since grown into 10 restaurants and 3 food trucks across BC.

**About you**: We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person with a strong passion for cooking & offering exceptional guests experiences who is looking to join our Truck team. You will have the responsibility of executing menu items in a timely manner, providing support to your teammates and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is a great opportunity to be a long-term member of our growing team

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years kitchen experience required
- Class 5 driver's license. Experience driving a truck
- Good communication skills
- Catering and/or food truck experience an asset but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knife skills an asset
- Foodsafe Level 1 (if you don't have it we will get it for you)
- Cash handling & customer service experience an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business
- The desire for growth and opportunity
