**Position Profile**

Passport Health is looking for a** Supply Chain Specialist** to support our clinics across Canada on a** permanent, Full-time** basis. This role is based out of the Toronto, Canada** **office.

Reporting to the Director of Operations/Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for assisting with the day to day activities of ordering supplies, inspection of vaccinations and managing the delivery process of products. This role requires the individual to be highly organized and have a strong work ethic, as well as being a strong communicator.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Oversees the day-to-day activities of service delivery and reports expense management of all clinics.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
- Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
- Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
- Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
- Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Identify and record any issues relating to cycle count discrepancies and negatives.
- Initiate action to prevent the re-occurrence of any non-conformities relating cycle count discrepancies and system negatives.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.
- Verify the implementation of solutions.
- Filling orders, and inspecting vaccines and medication among all clinics.
- Packing and shipping of supplies among clinics on a weekly, biweekly basis from our distribution center (Toronto)
- Fulfilling orders online and/or by phone with vendors
- Order management and tracking, and confirmation of deliveries for all clinics
- Preparing sales reports

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Relevant experience or taking courses in Supply chain at University/College
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great work ethic and positive attitude
- Effective attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Successfully pass a Police Background Check
- Excellent interpersonal skills and building relationships
