**The Role**:
As our **Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist**, you will play a key role in managing our product flow, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly from production to delivery. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional experiences to both retail partners and end customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination**
- Monitor and process orders across all channels, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any logistics issues that may arise.
- Coordinate global transport for fabric and finished goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping requirements.
- Select carriers and monitor performance against criteria, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics providers, optimizing costs and delivery times.
- Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement sustainable logistics practices to minimize environmental impact, including optimizing shipping routes and reducing packaging waste.

**Inventory Management & Optimization**
- Manage the flow of inventory across all channels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement.
- Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock and propose solutions.
- Facilitate year-end cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate process documentation for inventory control and logistics operations.

**Ecommerce Operations**
- Oversee daily logístical operations of the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Monitor E-Commerce orders on the 3PL system daily.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory levels in the Shopify store and ERP system.
- Coordinate with the production team to set up new products in the Shopify backend and ERP system, including uploading product images, descriptions, SKUs, and barcodes.

**Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and analyze inventory turnover, shipping times, and logistics costs, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide logistics data to improve customer service and reduce costs.
- Assess logistics processes and advise on cost implications and efficiency.
- Develop and implement sustainable supply chain initiatives, including sourcing eco-friendly materials and minimizing carbon footprint in logistics operations.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work with internal teams to optimize the use of ERP and inventory management systems.
- Support new business initiatives and projects related to logistics and operations.
- Build strong relationships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers.
- Communicate with 3PL, international vendors and partners to ensure smooth global supply chain operations.

**Customer Experience & Support**
- Provide support for ecommerce orders, addressing any order-related inquiries or issues.
- Ensure all orders are delivered on time and complete, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with shipping carriers and brokers to resolve cross-border delivery issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, global import/export, inventory management, or ecommerce, preferably within the premium or luxury women’s apparel industry.
- Strong interest and understanding of global supply chain operations, import/export regulations, and sustainable logistics practices.
- Proven track record of managing supply chains and optimizing inventory levels.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
