**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinate product development, dealing with multiple projects simultaneously, making sure project deadlines are met.

Coordinate scheduling of installation, testing, and photoshoots of product samples with truck drivers and marketing team.

Prepare reports to the product manager regarding the testing of new products.

Input sales orders in sap for drivers and installers.

Keep track of new products sent from suppliers to the office and from the office to customers.

Source oem samples and take care of payment, shipping, tracking, and receiving.

Prepare reports for the product manager regarding the status of all incoming and outgoing samples.

Provide technical support for sales, customer service, and customers.

Contact suppliers to obtain information about products and update information in the system.

Track new employees and coordinate who needs training, setting them up with training webinars and tracking their results.

Record and send training dates and hours to HR.

Collect pictures and videos of defects for the factories and retrieve defect samples from customers for inspections, coordinating sending them back to the factories and asking for replacements when needed be.

Prepare reports for the quality control manager regarding the defective samples.

Extremely organized

Very detail-oriented and meticulous

Excellent and fast internet research skills

Ability to Multi-Task well in a Fast-Paced Environment

Can stay focused under stressful situations

Problem-solver

Works well with others

Very computer literate in Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Trello, SAP

Bilingual in French and English

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Ability to work well with Most Departments (sales, marketing, packaging, customer service, warehouse )

Takes Initiative Whenever Possible to Resolve Any New or Pending Issues

**LOCATION**:
Must be able to travel for testing, sample retrieval/supervision and training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,825.00-$50,786.00 per year
