The duties of this role are as follows, but not limited to:

- Communicate with customer base to qualify scope of work, timeline and project needs
- Review estimates for projects based on written specifications from clients and other factors.
- Converting work orders into order confirmations for review
- Sending order confirmations and packing slips for all orders to appropriate parties
- Processing customer purchase orders into work orders for the production team in Excel
- Communicating with customers in a pleasant and timely manner regarding orders as required
- Inventory control & replenishment
- Ensure invoicing is completed timely and accurately
- Filing as required
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Administrative Office Work, with experience in a customer service capacity
- Keyboarding skills of 50+ wpm
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Organized and have good time management skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment with a team towards a common goal
- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Can multitask and provide first class service to customers and contractors.
- Manufacturing or building supply experience considered an asset
