**Job Description**:
Haides Security is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Security Operations Sales Executive to identify, pitch, and close security service contracts across commercial, retail, and industrial properties in Ottawa.

You will represent Haides Tactical Security, a high-caliber firm specializing in use-of-force, anti-gang, and advanced tactical guard services. This is a commission-based contractor role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, relentless hustle, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients (property managers, mall operators, government sites, etc.)
- Deliver compelling security proposals and presentations
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify client needs
- Close security service agreements and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with the operations team for deployment timelines and planning

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or B2B outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of hitting targets or working on commission
- Knowledge of the security industry (guarding, tactical services, loss prevention) is an asset
- Physically fit is an asset (our security brand promotes fitness, strength, and professionalism)

Compensation:

- 100% Commission-Based (No salary)
- Average commission on each signed contract ranges from $1,000 to $5,000+ per deal every month it stays active
- Performance-based bonuses and future leadership opportunities available
