We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Regional Sales Executive in the Gatineau Region to lead the sales strategy for the marketing and growth of new regional clientele. The position is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients, leveraging relationships, and Gunnebo’s organizational strengths and executing the sales plan that will enable the region to meet its sales and growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business development of Regional Account business contacts into long-term business relationships
- Build, develop, qualify and close a pipeline of new business opportunities required to achieve sales objectives
- Maintain and develop client hunting list, pipeline and sales plan
- Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved
- Present applicable Gunnebo’s solutions and services of our full product portfolio that addresses the specific customer’s needs and budgets
- Understand and act upon cross-selling opportunities
- Understand and interpret prospective client’s security, operational and financial objectives
- Map, navigate and understand prospect’s informal and formal decision criteria, budget process and decision-makers
- Take responsibility for the management of major projects to ensure practical completion and sign-off by the customer
- Stay current with external and internal developments within the industry
- Maintain a continuous knowledge learning regimen for new products, services
- This role will primarily be in the Montreal area; however, some travel may be required.
- A proven track record of generating new sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Three years of experience in the Security industry (technical or sales) with a strong working knowledge of security solutions
- Good working knowledge of high-security locks and door hardware and Locksmith services
- A proven track record of successful sales with a background in solution sales
- Proven ability to network, prospect and convert new clients and build strong relationships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand the client’s business, processes, and objectives that will translate into effective solution propositions
- The ability to work under pressure and work independently
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- **Must be fluent in French and English**.
- Excellent organizational, time management, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software packages and overall computer skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license
