We are a newly established supermarket, rapidly emerging as a quality benchmark in the industry. We are looking to hire Customer Services Representatives for the following responsibilities:
If assigned to Customer Services Counter:

- Managing the dedicated customer services counter in the supermarket.
- Receiving customers' phone calls.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the products so as to effectively handle customers' queries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing returns & replacements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Implement promotional initiatives as and when directed by the management.

If assigned to supermarket floor:

- Observe the complete setup to ensure that displays are correct and clean, electronic price tags are working, there are no gaps or missing items on the shelves, and no items are stocked at the wrong location.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries at the floor.
- Offer to help if any customer seems to be in a need of guidance.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the products so as to effectively handle customers' queries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ensure that any customer should not leave disgruntled or dissatisfied.
- Implement promotional initiatives as and when directed by the management.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
