**ABOUT OUR OPERATION**
The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation).
The Agnico Eagle Construction department is taking care of the major constructions project and the modification/expansion of the actual infrastructures for the company. The department was created in 2006 and now has approximately 150 employees in the department.
**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Department. You will coordinate communication between each discipline in purpose to optimise the construction of the infrastructures (3D models) and implement BIM best practices.
- Develop and prepare 3D models using Autodesk’s AEC suite (Revit, Revit MEP, Civil 3D);
- Actively participate in the development of BIM/VDC processes for construction projects by collaborating with an internal engineering team;
- Ensure interdisciplinary coordination in 3D designs;
- Create graphic documents (3D) to promote the assist in the Engineering and Construction development;
- Ensure the adherence to deadlines for deliverables from various project stakeholders;
- Actively participate in the development of project management using specific processes;
- Actively participate in the implementation of new technologies in construction project management (BIM).
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- University degree in engineering and/or an appropriate discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years of relevant in 3D conception;
- Qualification with Autodesk AEC collection;
- Technical capability in structural steel conception, mechanical and electrical disciplines design;
- Knowledge of the BIM platform and Autodesk Construction cloud;
- Project management experience;
- CANBIM certification;
- Knowledge in project management software like Primavera;
- Strong ability to effectively communicate in French (Oral and written);
- Proficiency in the use of the English language(oral and written) as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English is the primary language.
**Your Work Schedule**
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Possibility of 5-2-4-3 schedule;
- Workplace: The position is based in the Abitibi area, at the Rouyn-Noranda or Val-d’Or project office. There is a possibility to have a hybrid work schedule, working some days from an AEM office and some days in telecommuting.
