**ABOUT OUR OPERATION**

The Support and Development Center provides services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian projects and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation and digital transformation).

**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the 3D Modelling Coordinator, you will be part of the Geology Department. You will participate in the interpretation of geological data and build 3D models based on lithological, structural and/or mineralization data. You will be part of a team of experts working on several types of projects both in terms of the degree of progress and the geological environments. You will act as a reference person in terms of data availability and quality, and geological understanding of the deposit, and you will support the various divisions in properly communicating your observations and interpretations. You may be required to work on different projects located in all regions of Agnico Eagle's business (Canada, Mexico, Europe, United States, and Australia) with the possibility of field visits according to the various mandates.
- Ensure 3D modelling for the various mandates assigned;
- Ensure quality geological interpretation in line with industry best practices;
- Ensure the delivery of a quality model within established deadlines;
- Communicate appropriately and work closely with the various Agnico Eagle expert groups;
- Provide relevant geological information to other technical services disciplines (mining engineering, infrastructure, geotech, environment and metallurgy) and support them by answering their questions.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering;
- A Master's degree is considered an asset;
- 5 years’ of experience in geology, including 2 years as a modelling geologist;
- Be a member in good standing of a professional association (Geologists or Engineers);
- Have solid experience in 3D modelling ;
- Knowledge of Leapfrog Geo is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Leapfrog Edge, Datamine Studio RM and Snowden Supervisor are considered an asset;
- Proficiency in the use of the English & French language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English or French is the primary language;
- Able to communicate in Spanish is considered an asset.

**Your Work Schedule**
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Possibility of 5-2, 4-3 schedule;
- Workplace: Possibility to work in one of AEM's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, Preissac, Val-d'Or, Mirabel or Toronto.
- There is a possibility to have a hybrid work schedule, working some days from an AEM office and some days in telecommuting.
