Plan, lead and control project delivery in accordance with the BBA mandate and to client satisfaction as well as that of the organization, your team members and other stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations. Proactively manage and resolve technical, financial, schedule and human resource issues in a timely manner to mitigate potential variances. Manage project risks and implement ways to eliminate or mitigate them. Ensure the health and safety policy is implemented by qualified personnel who are trained for the work to be carried out for projects. Ensure the quality of professional services rendered, in accordance with the practices associated with the quality management system to preserve BBA’s professional image. Significantly participate in the firm’s business development and produce proposals. Integrate available resources into projects to maximize development of BBA’s skills (multi‑level teams).
