Broderick & Partners LLP, a Law Firm located in Niagara Falls, has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk/Legal Assistant to join our Real Estate team of professionals.. You must have practical Law Firm experience in the preparation and closing procedures of Residential Real Estate (Sale & Purchase) files. Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate would be considered an additional asset. You will be responsible for the handling of your assigned Client Files from open to close. You must be able to work independently as well as with co-workers in an office dynamic. Courteous telephone manner is required in dealing with clients and outside agencies.
Skills & Qualifications
Your experience in the use of Residential Real Estate software programs is required. The following programs are currently in use at our office:
- Unity Real Estate
- Teraview
- Docusign
- Unity Accounting
