CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice, a worldwide recognized bubble tea franchise, is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a **Regional Manager **for Southwest Area.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of stores in the Southwest region
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ongoing communications with store managers, head office and management team
- Monitor and analyze regional store performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement with corrective actions
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Build a strong and cohesive team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure the ongoing training and development of all team members is completed according to brand standards and company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year of management experience within food & beverage industry or retail
- High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service Proficiency verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to drive and visit CoCo locations within Calgary
- Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays shifts

**Salary**: annual salary with the potential for additional bonuses based on experience. Salary Expectations can be discussed during the Interview. It will be reflective of your experience.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
