**Position: Bookkeeper / Administrative Bookkeeper**

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for recording financial transactions such as sales, purchases, and payments made by the company.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, which provide a snapshot of the company's financial health and performance.
- Manage the company's general ledger, which is the main record of all financial transactions made by the company.
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and that all tax payments and filings are made on time.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, which involves estimating the company's future financial performance and planning for future expenses and investments.
- Responsible for entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the company's accounts payable, which includes reviewing invoices, verifying purchase orders, and ensuring that payments are made on time.
- Manage the company's accounts receivable, which includes tracking customer payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue payments.
- Responsible for reconciling bank statements and credit card statements to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Conduct other jobs assigned by upper management.
**Job Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education or above in accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Quickbooks
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented, and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate job commitment, accountability, and reliability.
- Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, and can collaborate with and assist other colleagues
- Good knowledge of speaking English.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
