Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, implement best practices in project management methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using established project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server, and ServiceNow for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product management, IT specialists, vendors, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress through data analysis skills and reporting tools; prepare presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals by applying effective time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT project management, product management, or related fields with a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and other project delivery frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Trello, ServiceNow, Workday, Basecamp, Requirements Management tools like Visio or Project Server.
  • Experience in vendor management, risk management, quality management, requirements gathering, and project planning.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with supervising experience in managing diverse teams across multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques for data collection and reporting purposes; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant are preferred. This position is integral to driving strategic initiatives forward while fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes innovation and excellence in project delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,230.05-$105,639.33 per year
