**Your Role**:
As a Line Cook at Mayfair Clubs, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional dining experiences by:

- Preparing menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity.
- Ensuring safe and hygienic food handling, storage, and preparation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing expert knowledge about menu items and accommodating guests' dietary needs, including allergies.
- Assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Managing monthly inventory and cost of goods (COGs).
- Other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-line cook in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and experience with various kitchen equipment.
- A valid Food Handler Certificate (required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while effectively managing time and stress.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform bending or stooping tasks.
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Post-secondary education in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus.
