Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook & Tandoor Worker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Indian cuisine and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate and manage the tandoor oven (naan, roti, tandoori items, etc.)
  • Set up and stock kitchen stations
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Assist with food prep, plating, and service during busy hours
  • Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or Tandoor Worker preferred
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine and spices
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
  • Food safety certification (an asset)
  • Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
