Lifetime Skills Academy is an up and coming business delivering top quality instruction to students across the GTA and Toronto. Lifetime Skills Academy specializes in STEM program which includes everything from robotics classes, financial literacy classes, to leadership and public speaking classes. Lifetime Skills Academy is looking for instructors with a passion for all things STEM, this is a very exciting opportunity to work with an organization known for its diverse range of programming.

We are looking for instructors with a strong teaching background that will be given the freedom of developing their own curriculum, and implementing lesson plans.

Positions are available for the fall, winter, and summer on a contractual basis:
**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Lead Financial classes with six to eight students
- Actively guide students towards completing the assigned project
- Classroom management
- Advance student knowledge following curriculum
- Lesson plan development
- Room setup and organization
- Motivate and engage students
- Communicating clear instructions and guiding a team of younger instructors
- Willing to develop financial literacy curriculum

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of finances, and significant financial principals
- Experience teaching students ages 6 to 16
- Good classroom management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in developing STEM projects and classes, expanding student knowledge in STEM fields
