**Hiring: Part-time Art Instructor for Teens**

Are you passionate about art and skilled in teaching? NPC Arts Centre is looking for talented part-time instructors to join our team and inspire our students in the following areas:
1. **Drawing & Painting Fundamentals Instructor**
- Teach foundational drawing and painting courses, covering traditional methods and techniques.
- Ability to foster a creative and supportive classroom environment
- Fluency in English

**2. Digital Painting Instructor**
- Teach digital painting, using leading digital tools to inspire and instruct.
- Proficient in software such as Photoshop, Blender, Z-Brush, and able to help students navigate digital art techniques.
- Experience with a wide range of digital art software is essential.
- Fluency in English

**Responsibilities**:
The instructor will deliver high-quality instruction to students through structured lessons, engaging assignments, constructive feedback, and collaborative support within the school.
- Teach classes that align with curriculum objectives and program goals.
- Assess student performance fairly and consistently.
- Track class attendance and handle grading duties.
- Assist in the development of curriculum and teaching materials.
- Support campus administrative functions to improve student experience.
- Provide individual guidance to students as needed.
- Manage classes with punctuality and professionalism.
- Work with staff to develop new projects and mentor new faculty members.
- Ensure student safety and a clean, organized studio environment.
- Available to work weekends and evenings.
- Attend regular staff meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Passionate about art and working with teenagers
- Creative, energetic, and patient when teaching young kids
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Teaching certification is a plus but not required
- Successful completion of a criminal background check required
