- Préparation des manifestes Ace.
- Liaison avec les courtiers en douane américains.
- Vérification des factures des transporteurs.

- Autres tâches opérationnelles selon les besoins.

- Expérience dans le transport et la logistique.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais sont attendues pour ce poste.

Hercules Forwarding is an award-winning asset-based cross border carrier and customs brokerage with Canadian Headquarters in New Westminster, BC and US Headquarters in Vernon, CA. Our team consists of over 500 employees in North America with over 30 terminals across the USA & Canada.

We are currently looking for 2 Customer Service & Operations Assistants to join our team.

Our office is located in the CN Rail yard, no public transportation in this area. A car is a must.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide superior Customer Service
- Billing & Organizing nightly loads to the USA
- Tracking & tracing/monitoring shipment status and relaying updates to our customers
- Prepare Ace Manifests
- Liaison with US Customs brokers
- Carrier invoice auditing
- Trouble shooting
- Auditing Charges & rates
- Other operation duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced in Transportation & Logistics asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, bilingual skills are expected for this position while multilingual expertise is desired.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience level.
