**QHSE & CSR Assistant (Internship)**

6 month internship with possibility of permanence (Hybrid position)

Bollore Logistics is looking to add an experienced full-time **QHSE & CSR Assistant** to it’s growing team in

Montreal, QC We are looking for a dynamic individual to grow their career in logistics.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the QHSE & CSR Coordinator in all aspects of implementation of the IMS and is the support for

QHSE and CSR questions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the **QHSE & CSR Coordinator** in all aspects of implementation of the Integrated

Management System to include, reporting, on-boarding, training, maintain electronic records.

Clerical Duties such as utilizing advanced spreadsheets.
- Communicate and ensure all policies, processes and procedures, code of practices and all local

KPls are complied with, achieved and completed.
- Train, support and promote the usage of QHSE digital tools.
- Proactively perform / participate in incident investigation & root cause and highlight service/process improvements for reduction of work-related accidents and or occupational hazards as needed.
- Support HSE goals to improve overall safety performance and assist in developing HSE workshops, campaigns, programs to multi-cultural and ethnically diverse workforce.
- Assist in QHSE audits & HSE tasks directly linked to Bollore's HSE Yard-Site Safety Manual.
- Maintain local emergency preparedness, conduct emergency drills i.e. Fire, spills, etc.
- Maintain a positive and proactive relation with managers, supervisors and employees etc.
- Liaise with other departments/business units to ensure compliance and documents and/or postings are up to date.
- Lead all health and safety meetings in Canada and provide information based on direction provided.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education and Qualifications
- Experience or education relating to QHSE is considered an asset
- Experience of IMS Standards is considered an asset
- Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual
- French and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent judgment skills and the ability to negotiate
- Ability to work independently and set priorities
