**Your job**
- Communicate directly with internal partners, equipment dealers, customers, and external professionals.
- Prospecting of new equipment dealer accounts.
- Utilize effective communication to ensure customer expectations are successfully achieved with all internal/external stakeholders.

**Your team**

Within the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the Regional Sales Director, Alberta and BC. **Basic requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or completed equivalent training, with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales success.
- Leveraged experience in the Agricultural Equipment market, considered an asset.
- Applied in-depth knowledge of credit and sales within Alberta’s Agriculture and Commercial sectors.
- Demonstrated abilities in negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and time/people management.
- Exhibited strong business acumen, with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, while upholding integrity and a drive for excellence.
- Thrived in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments by maintaining confidentiality and embracing new technologies.
- Acted as a strategic problem solver, prioritizing client and business needs, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals and strategic initiatives.
