**Role Description**

As an Account Executive for Jubo Health, you will leverage your extensive network in the healthcare ecosystem, targeting long-term care providers, to drive sales across one of two available regions. Jubo Health Technologies wants to add two additional Account Executives to our team. The regions available include: a) NW USA & Canada and b) NW/Central USA. You will have a massive impact on our business by acquiring new customers and creating raving fans. You will champion the entire sales process from start to finish.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire and expand healthcare customers by successfully positioning and selling our Jubo VitalLink software and vital monitoring hardware to the healthcare sector - specifically long-term care facilities. Your expertise in healthcare will be a key success driver in this role as you leverage that knowledge to position our offering to address vital monitoring challenges specific to long-term care facilities.

Your ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor and senior leader within healthcare in your specific territory will be essential to quickly qualifying and growing your sales pipeline. A proven track record of selling successfully to executive and C-suite leaders in the healthcare industry will also be critical to your success. This role will be in Calgary and it is a virtual selling first sales role. Sometimes the Account Executive(s) will travel to the US and within Canada, depending on territory.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively prospect and engage with new business, leveraging best practices to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Research and analyze your territory’s sales potential to identify new opportunities.
- Use your extensive network, industry knowledge, and advanced research techniques to generate high-quality leads.
- Cold calling 125 calls per week
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations to address potential long-term care facilities needs and pain points.
- Build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
- Maintain sales records and ensure accurate reporting through the daily use of our CRM Hubspot to facilitate strong information sharing.
- Actively maintain a robust pipeline focused primarily on single, small chain and medium-sized chain long-term care facilities ranging from 1-30 facilities.
- You effectively assess customers’ business workflows, build detailed business cases addressing key gaps and challenges, and translate this to quantified business.

**About you**
- You have an established client network in healthcare that enables swift opportunity qualification and pipeline development.
- You are adaptable and understand that a growth mindset is essential to success in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.
- You have expert cold-calling skills and are comfortable making 125+ calls per week.
- You have experience using CRM systems and can optimize a state-of-the-art sales process. Experience using HubSpot is an asset.
- You're extremely organized and comfortable using multi-stage sequences in CRMs and working with large amounts of data in multi-excel spreadsheets.
- You have business acumen with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
- You have superior communication and negotiation skills.
- You have superior virtual presentation and demo skills.
- You are exceptional at building strong relationships at all levels.
- You're motivated, gritty, and eager to make a difference.
- You have a deep aptitude for learning new technology along with the ability to demonstrate the benefits of technology and complex vital-monitoring medical equipment

**Location**

Our North American head office is in Calgary, Alberta. This is a remote/hybrid position in Canada. We currently have team members working in Calgary and Vancouver. You will be required to attend meetings at the head office in Calgary periodically and travel to the United States for tradeshows and in-person meetings several times a year.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
