**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products as required.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Strong order picking skills with attention to detail for accuracy.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
