**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe environment and assist guests as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash management and drink measurements.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
