**Servers & Bartenders - Opening Team (Alebrije, Mexican Restaurant)**
**Location**: 119 Harbord Street, Toronto, ON
**Position Type**: Full-Time or Part-Time

Alebrije is a new Mexican restaurant opening this August in Harbord Village, Toronto. We're building a dynamic front-of-house team of **Servers and Bartenders** who share our passion for bold flavours, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in either serving or bartending (1+ year preferred)
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, or food service (depending on role)
- Smart Serve certified
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

**Job Details**:

- Evening shifts, including weekends
- Training begins in late July — open for service in August
