Job Title: Server/Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drink pairings based on guest preferences.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- **Order Management**:

- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure timely and efficient service of orders, coordinating with kitchen staff and baristas.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- **Bartending Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails, wines, and craft beers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Assist in training new team members in service protocols and bartending techniques.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Help monitor and maintain stock levels of beverages and supplies.
- Assist in weekly inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate in maintaining a clean and organized storage area for all supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a server or bartender role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu offerings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a smart serve certificate
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
