**Are you detail-driven, creative, and customer-focused?**MAKE Vancouver is looking for a reliable and motivated **Embroidery Coordinator** to join our dynamic team at our Granville Island store. This is a hands-on role that blends customer interaction with production precision - and we’re looking for someone who thrives in both.

If you love working with people, enjoy staying organized, and have embroidery or machine sewing experience, we want to meet you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers and corporate clients with embroidery requests
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a creative, fast-paced environment
- Organize, track, and prioritize embroidery orders from intake to completion
- Build and edit designs using Wilcom software
- Operate our industrial embroidery machines with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and efficient embroidery workspace
- Contribute to a collaborative and upbeat team culture

**What You Bring**:

- **1+ years of embroidery machine or industrial sewing experience**
- **2+ years of customer service experience** in retail, production, or a creative environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support teammates

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Experience**:
