We are looking for an **adhoc** **Traffic Control Supervisor/Lane Closure Technician** for a worksite in **Mainland China**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform risk assessment and handle road closure assignments independently
- Coordinate with WorkSafeBC and other regulatory authorities for compliance
- Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signs
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Interpret Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
- Maintain the LCT truck and its inventory throughout the workday

**Skills**:

- Ability to build and dismantle traffic control devices
- Adept at reading and interpreting Traffic Management Plans
- Highly conversant with laws and regulations pertaining to traffic control

**Should have a valid driving license. Driving abstract will be a prerequisite prior to employment. We may also ask for police verification and a background check.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- On call

**Experience**:

- LCT: 1 year (required)
